Who We Are

Montgomery County Parents of Multiples (MCPOM) is a volunteer-led club for parents of twins, triplets, and more, serving the greater Montgomery County, Maryland region.

We know that parenting multiples isn’t just “parenting, but more” — it comes with its own logistics, its own emotional load, and its own kind of joy. MCPOM exists to make sure no family in our community has to figure that out alone.

What We Do

MCPOM is entirely run by parent volunteers who understand firsthand what our members are going through. Throughout the year, we organize:

  • Support groups and chats for expectant parents and parents at every stage, from newborns to the teen years
  • Playgroups and social events where kids can be kids and parents can actually talk to another adult
  • Educational programming and seminars on topics specific to raising multiples
  • Membership meetings to connect, share, and shape what MCPOM does next

Our Mission

Our purpose is simple: to benefit our members by exchanging ideas, sharing resources, and providing meaningful educational and social opportunities — and to extend that same support to other families of multiples throughout our community.
